These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the betx7 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on betx7, you agree to be fully bound by all provisions set out below. Please read carefully.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on betx7. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. betx7 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age of the registered user cannot be confirmed.
2.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of betx7 is lawful in your country or jurisdiction of residence. betx7 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws before registering or depositing.
2.3 Each individual may hold only one (1) betx7 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. betx7 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances in cases of multi-accounting.
2.4 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 betx7 does not accept registrations from individuals acting on behalf of third parties. You must be playing with your own funds for your own account.
3.1 betx7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with its international licensing obligations. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before processing withdrawals or accessing higher account limits.
3.2 Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: National Identity Card (CNIC), valid passport, or driver's licence for identity verification; and a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter for address verification.
3.3 betx7 may place a temporary withdrawal hold on an account pending KYC completion. This hold does not prevent the placing of wagers or further deposits unless specifically stated. KYC documentation is reviewed within 3–5 business days of submission.
3.4 betx7 treats all KYC documents with strict confidentiality. Documents are used exclusively for identity verification purposes and are never shared with third parties except as required by applicable law or licensing authority.
4.1 betx7 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20). Minimum deposit is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
4.2 Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the sending institution's internal processing schedules.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. betx7 reserves the right to request the same payment method to be used for withdrawals as a fraud and money-laundering prevention measure.
4.4 betx7 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party financial institutions, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, and banks, may apply their own transaction fees which are outside betx7's control.
4.5 betx7 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or for fraud investigation purposes. Withdrawal requests flagged for investigation will be communicated to the Account holder within 48 hours.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback, and VIP tier rewards offered on betx7 are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits published on the relevant promotion page. General Terms supplement but do not replace promotion-specific terms.
5.2 Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be staked using bonus or combined real-money and bonus funds before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
5.3 betx7 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are valid only during the stated active period and are non-transferable.
5.4 Abuse of promotions — including, but not limited to, arbitrage betting, bonus hunting via multiple accounts, and structured wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
5.5 VIP programme tier points accrue automatically based on eligible real-money wagers. Points awarded for wagers subsequently voided, cancelled, or reversed will be deducted from the Account's loyalty point total.
6.1 All bets placed on betx7's sportsbook are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market. In the event of ambiguity, the betx7 trading team's decision is final.
6.2 betx7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was subject to an obvious pricing error. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors may have their accounts suspended.
6.3 In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability. betx7 may suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice, including during a period of live play. Bets accepted before a suspension will stand.
6.4 Maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and may vary by sport, event, and Account tier. betx7 reserves the right to apply lower maximum stake limits to individual Accounts without providing a reason.
6.5 betx7 does not accept bets from any individual who has direct or indirect knowledge of an event outcome that is not publicly available (insider information). Any winnings derived from such bets will be voided and the Account suspended pending investigation.
7.1 All casino games on betx7 — including live dealer tables, RNG table games, and slot titles — use certified Random Number Generator software or physical equipment operated by licensed live studio providers. Game outcomes are independent, fair, and verifiable.
7.2 In the event of a technical failure, game disconnection, or server error during a game round, betx7 will apply the game provider's published disconnection policy. Settled results will stand; incomplete rounds may be refunded to the Account balance at betx7's discretion.
7.3 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on betx7 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
9.1 All content on the betx7 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, and page layouts — is the intellectual property of betx7 or its licensed partners. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any betx7 content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
9.2 The betx7 name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of the betx7 group. Unauthorised use of these marks constitutes infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
10.1 betx7 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
10.2 betx7 employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect personal and financial data transmitted through the platform. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from operational funds.
11.1 betx7 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides free tools including deposit limits, wagering limits, session duration reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within the Account settings at any time.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be closed and you will not receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion periods may be set for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely.

⚠ betx7 strictly enforces its 18+ age policy. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the depositing payment method after investigation.
12.1 betx7 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform, whether or not betx7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.2 betx7's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12.3 betx7 is not responsible for losses arising from third-party payment processor delays, bank outages, internet service provider interruptions, or force majeure events.
13.1 betx7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of betx7 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which betx7 holds its international gaming licence. They do not constitute legal advice regarding the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
14.2 In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact betx7 customer support via live chat. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process.
14.3 All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.
